Sarah Lang
Sarah's love of food led her to working on market stalls over 25 years ago. Being from a very small town in Ireland she loves that markets are vibrant communities of their own, filled with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. At Primrose she believes small businesses should be championed, locals should have access to quality food, and come to enjoy the community aspect of the market by meeting neighbours and friends weekly, and chatting with traders who are passionate about their products.

“You cannot buy fresh newly picked vegetables anywhere in Primrose Hill like the stalls in the market. I rely on the butcher and fishmonger there”
